Post Scarlett's death, I treated myself to a little treat. Ideeli gifted me a $25 credit to my account because January was my birthday month, so I used the $25 towards my purchase of a BCBG double chain necklace. I was really excited to wear it during New York Fashion Week. Well, that never happened.
The day I got the box, I ran back to my residence hall, ripped the box open and SCREAMED. Part of the chain was missing. How does that happen? I was livid (as stated in my tweet above). I instantly went to twitter and spewed out my anger. Nonetheless, Ideeli responded VERY quickly. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. I didn't get my necklace, but I did get all my money back (including my $25 credit) and bought a pair of flat ankle boots on the site.
Truthfully, I wanted the necklace and not my money; but uh, we can't always get what we want, huh?
