I finally got the chance to escape the cabin. I mean, my house. Since graduating, my days consist of a lot of sleep, eating and thoughts about exercising. That's what summer is for, right?
A couple of my high school homies and I went to The Cheesecake Factory to catch up. We munched on tortilla chips and spinach dip. I downed a yummy margarita, while the two of them ordered drinks that were too strong for the middle of the day. Therefore, neither of them finished. Too modest to send it back, they just got waters and forked over the $5 to TCF. I WOULD NEVER. If my margarita was not on-point with taste, I would most definitely send it back. But uh, that's just me because I'm a diva.
And as we sat there chatting it up, I couldn't believe it had only been a month since graduation. It's a lovely feeling knowing I will never return to a classroom for the rest of my life. I say that because I seriously do not plan on going back to school. While I excelled at education, I think education comes in different forms and I am ready for the learning that living my life to the fullest will bring me.
I decided I am going to explore NJ and go on more adventures with my friends while I have the time. My adventures will of course be budget friendly. It's time to carpe diem (seize the day) my friends!
